With extensive experience in all aspects of tunnelling, KCL can provide assistance to designers, contractors, and government bodies.
KCL partners with leading jacking pipe manufacturers who specialize in complicated projects, including a 1.5km long curved pipejack, large 3m diameter jacking pipe and bespoke joint designs for high internal and external pressures.
Tunnel & Shaft Segments
KCL has partnered with shaft and tunnel segment manufacturers, supplying segmental shafts for caissons (both jacked and underpinned) for use as permanent manholes, or temporary shafts for the launch and reception of TBM’s.
The pre-cast environment of these segments have many advantages over in-situ shafts including:
KCL can supply segmental tunnel segments for all diameters and if required we can supply the moulds for a cast on-site solution.
In addition to supplying shaft segments, KCL can provide design information for segments confirming the suitability for depth and ground conditions.
Geotechnical Products
As the sole distributors for Mudtech in Australia & New Zealand, we can supply all products for tunnelling operations for both pipe jacking & segmental tunnels.
